Senior Merchandiser

Role Overview: You will be the single point of contact between Company Merchandising/Stores/CRM and Banaras production unit for all follow-ups and closures. Reporting to the Merchandising Team in HO, you will ensure timely creation and accuracy of Goods Inward entries, barcode mapping, image attachments in Wizapp ERP, price correction, Loom status updates, and other product-related activities for Banaras. Tracking and chasing special orders, production progress, defective product repair status, and related approvals will be crucial to eliminate delays. It will be your responsibility to maintain up-to-date records in Wizapp, enabling smooth operations without dependency on the admin team. Providing regular status updates and proactively identifying bottlenecks for smooth coordination between Banaras and Delhi teams will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the liaison between Company Merchandising/Stores/CRM and Banaras production unit - Ensure timely creation and accuracy of Goods Inward entries, barcode mapping, image attachments, and price correction in Wizapp ERP - Track and chase special orders, production progress, and defective product repair status - Maintain up-to-date records in Wizapp and execute tasks independently - Provide regular status updates and identify bottlenecks for smooth coordination Qualifications Required: - Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to work independently - Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Wizapp - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Problem-solving mindset with accountability for seamless execution of merchandising operations Note: This job is Full-time and Permanent with benefits including Provident Fund. The preferred education is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandising and Textile is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory for this in-person work location role.,
