Senior Executive Merchandising

Key Responsibilities

• Individually handle complete orders

  from development to final shipment.
• Coordinate with

  buyers/customers

  for approvals, comments, and order updates.
• Prepare

  costing sheets

  , consumption, BOM, and price quotations.
• Create and monitor

  T&A (Time & Action)

  plans to ensure timelines.
• Follow up for

  samples

  , approvals, bulk production, and dispatch.
• Manage

  shipment coordination

  and track dispatch status.
• Handle export documentation such as

  FCR, OCR

  , invoice, packing list, etc.
• Maintain

  MIS reports

  for order progress, costing, and shipment status.
• Communicate with vendors for fabric, trims, and accessories.
  

Required Skills

• Mandatory:

  Experience in the Garments/Apparel industry.
• Ability to

  independently manage multiple orders

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  merchandising, production follow-up, costing, and T&A

  .
• Excellent communication, follow-up, coordination, and Excel skills.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field.
  

• 4–5 years of merchandising experience in the garments industry (mandatory).
