Sales Executive position: Role Overview: Growth Sales Executive The Growth Sales Executive will serve as a vital link between sales executives, agents, and dealers to drive measurable business growth. This role focuses on deep sales analysis, strategic application of frameworks like Pareto analysis, and optimization of schemes and product sampling to unlock new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and skilled at identifying performance gaps and delivering actionable insights. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong coordination skills and a clear focus on results. Key Responsibilities1. Stakeholder Coordination Conduct regular meetings with sales executives, agents, and dealers to align on targets, challenges, and market opportunities. Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent sales performance. 2. Pareto Analysis & Insights Leverage the Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule) to identify: Top-performing products High-contributing customers Key growth regions Provide strategic insights to focus efforts on high-impact segments. 3. Scheme Tracking & Promotion Monitor performance of ongoing sales schemes and incentive programs. Track participation and effectiveness, and report key findings to management. Work with field teams to ensure dealers are well-informed and motivated to engage with schemes. 4. Product Sampling & Stock Utilization Implement structured sampling strategies for new product introductions. Track the performance impact of sampling on sales and dealer engagement. Drive clearance of slow-moving stock through targeted sampling and promotional plans. 5. Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis Analyze sales trends across regions, categories, and customer segments. Identify underperforming areas and suggest corrective actions backed by data. Present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management (experience in home furnishing or retail industry preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets , dashboards, and sales analytics tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering actionable business insights.
