Drive clearance of slow-moving stock through targeted sampling and promotional plans. 5. Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis Analyze sales trends across regions, categories, and customer segments. Identify underperforming areas and suggest corrective actions backed by data. Present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management (experience in home furnishing or retail industry preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets , dashboards, and sales analytics tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
