Senior Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development (PD): Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless product development from concept to sample approval, ensuring product specifications align with buyer requirements.
• TNA Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive Time and Action plans to ensure on-time delivery from product development to production. Monitor and track production timelines to ensure all milestones are met.
• Costing: Prepare accurate costing sheets for each order, ensuring that all aspects of production (fabric, trims, labor, etc.) are factored in. Work to optimize production costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Buyer Communication & Follow-ups: Act as the key point of contact for buyers, ensuring timely and professional communication regarding order status, samples, timelines, and any changes during the production process.
• Production Coordination: Ensure that the production process runs smoothly by liaising with internal teams (production, quality control, logistics) and external suppliers. Oversee order tracking and resolve any issues that arise during the production cycle.
• Team Handling: Lead and manage the merchandising team, ensuring effective collaboration and meeting of key production milestones. Provide guidance, resolve queries, and ensure team performance aligns with company objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all garments meet the highest international standards before they are shipped to buyers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all orders, production timelines, sample approvals, and shipment details. Regularly report progress to senior management and buyers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
