Sr.Production Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Management: Fully manage all merchandising activities for the NEXT – JERSY brand, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Production & TNA: Create and manage Time & Action (T&A) plans; oversee sample to bulk production milestones—similar to roles in garment export settings
• Ship-On-Time (SOT) Delivery: Track and ensure on-time shipment of orders; proactively resolve obstacles to maintain SOT performance.
• Sample & Pre-Production Oversight: Handle proto, fit, and pre-production samples; secure timely approvals from buyers
• Fabric/Trim Coordination: Organize sourcing, procurement, and allocation of fabrics, trims, and accessories based on sample/CAD consumption.
• Production Monitoring & Follow-up: Maintain constant communication with production, quality, and logistics teams; report real-time status updates and escalate issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Handle production documentation such as T&A trackers, BOMs, cost sheets; maintain complete records of production workflows and communications
• Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 4–6 years in apparel merchandising within an export house, with a proven track record handling the NEXT – JERSY brand or similar international accounts.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong in T&A planning, BOM preparation, pilot runs, costings, ERP or Excel-based tracking.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
• Industry-Specific Know-How: Familiarity with woven garment production processes; ability to navigate sampling, embroidery/printing stages, and quality control.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
