Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized Merchandiser – Exports to manage the complete export merchandising cycle — from product development to dispatch. The ideal candidate should have experience handling buyers, vendors, sampling timelines, costing, and export documentation workflows. Key Responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Buyer Communication & Order Management Communicate with international buyers regarding product queries, styles, fabrics, and timelines. Understand buyer requirements, packaging details, quality standards, and approvals. Share product presentations, quotations, and costing sheets. 2. Sampling & Product Development Coordinate sampling with design, production, and vendors. Ensure samples meet buyer specifications (fabric, trims, measurements, finishing). Track sample approvals, comments, and revisions. 3. Costing & Negotiation Prepare cost sheets covering materials, trims, labor, and margin. Negotiate pricing with vendors and maintain profitable costing structures. 4. Production Follow-ups Monitor production status from raw material purchase to finishing.
