Performance-Based Media Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance-based advertising campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL).
• Optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs, such as ROAS, lead volume, or cost-per-acquisition.
• Utilize data-driven strategies to maximize ad efficiency.
• Manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic tools.
• Monitor trends and platform updates to stay ahead of the competition.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creative to improve results.
• Implement A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages for maximum ROI.
• Manage and allocate budgets to achieve cost-efficient results.
• Adjust bidding strategies to balance scale and cost efficiency.
• Track campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, UTMs, and platform dashboards.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Present data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad content tailored to specific audiences.
• Partner with analytics and development teams to enhance tracking and conversion attribution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in performance-based media buying.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-budget campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
