We’re on the Looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Media Buying Team to lead our performance marketing efforts to new heights. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing media buying team to execute cutting-edge campaigns. Develop and optimize strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, Native Ads and TikTok Ads to maximize ROI. Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis. Leverage advanced tracking software (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack, Clickflare or Similar) to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure precise attribution. Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement and manage tracking tags, ensuring accurate data collection and seamless integration across platforms. Drive Search Arbitrage (RSOC) strategies, capitalizing on opportunities to scale revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media buying with broader marketing goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative approaches to stay competitive. What We’re Looking For: Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a track record of delivering exceptional campaign performance. Deep knowledge of tracking platforms like Voluum, RedTrack, or similar, with hands-on experience in setup, optimization, and reporting. Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager, with experience in tag implementation, troubleshooting, and optimizing tracking for campaigns. Strong experience in Search Arbitrage, particularly on RSOC, with a focus on scaling profitable campaigns. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team of media buyers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
