Responsibilities Ø Connect with and onboard new publishers/affiliates (partners who help promote campaigns). Ø Build and maintain good relationships with existing partners. Ø Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPI, CPV, CPS models). Ø Work closely with internal teams (sales, creative, delivery) to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Ø Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing and affiliate platforms. Ø Track campaign performance and create simple reports. Ø Learn how to manage revenues, payments, and performance optimization. Requirements Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ø Willingness to learn and explore the digital advertising space. Ø Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools. Ø Ability to multitask and manage timelines. Ø A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
