Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth KPIs. D2C Market Analysis : Conduct competitor research, market trend analysis, and consumer behaviour studies to identify growth opportunities. Audience Research & Targeting : Develop detailed customer personas and use data-driven targeting strategies to reach the right audience segments. Funnel-wise Budget Distribution: Allocate and optimize budgets across the for maximum ROI. Campaign Scaling & Performance Optimization : Scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CAC. Incremental Growth Planning: Build and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition, improve AOV and LTV, and achieve sustainable business growth. Custom Performance Metrics Analysis: Create and manage performance dashboards with KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, MER, and conversion rates to measure campaign success. Creative Performance Analysis: Collaborate with creative teams to test, analyze, and iterate on ad creatives for continuous performance improvement. Required Candidate profile 2 years of experience in performance marketing (Agency experience preferably in D2C/eCommerce) Minimum budget spends monthly 20 Lacs Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4

Schedule and post content regularly on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates. Assist in maintaining a content calendar and ensure timely posting. Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and story interactions.
