As a Campaign Marketing Specialist at our data-driven e-commerce advertising agency, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be to ensure that these campaigns are in alignment with our business goals and growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will conduct in-depth D2C market analysis, including competitor research, market trend analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify opportunities for growth. By developing detailed customer personas and utilizing data-driven targeting strategies, you will effectively reach the right audience segments. Allocating and optimizing budgets across different funnel stages for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with scaling successful campaigns while maintaining or improving performance metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Your responsibilities will also include building and implementing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, improve Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and achieve sustainable business growth. You will create and manage performance dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), CPA, CAC, Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), and conversion rates to measure the success of campaigns. Collaborating closely with creative teams, you will test, analyze, and iterate on ad creatives to ensure continuous performance improvement.
