Acquire One is a high-performance digital marketing, AI and automation agency based in Australia, specialising in lead generation and Voice AI for service-based businesses.

full-time Meta Media Buyer

• Launching, managing, and optimising lead gen campaigns on

  Meta

• Building ad sets, testing creatives, refining audiences, and improving CPL/ROAS
• Analysing campaign data and preparing performance reports weekly
• Collaborating with our creative and client success teams to align campaign strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven Meta & Google Ads experience

  with a track record in lead generation
• Strong grasp of Ads Manager, Events Manager, pixel tracking, and performance metrics
• Confident in targeting strategy, ad testing, and optimisation at scale

• Working knowledge of Go HighLevel

  (basic workflow setup, form/calendar integration)
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently
• Proactive, accountable, and laser-focused on performance

Role Details:

• Full-Time | Remote (Anywhere in India) | Monday to Friday | Australian Business Hours (AEST)

• Performance-based agency culture with room to grow
• Long-term role with a tight-knit, outcome-driven team

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with lead generation for clients in UAE region
• Creative briefing or ad copywriting skills
• Familiarity with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
