Job Summary:


We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Head to lead our brand, digital, and field marketing initiatives across all verticals, including our flagship B2B real estate platform – BOOK MY ACRE. This role demands a strong mix of analytical thinking, brand positioning, team leadership, and ROI-driven execution to scale growth, increase user adoption, and strengthen our market presence.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and own the overall marketing roadmap aligned with company objectives.

• Build integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and partner channels.

• Identify market trends and opportunities in the real estate and proptech sectors.


2. Digital Marketing Leadership:

• Oversee all digital initiatives: performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing.

• Drive user acquisition, app installs, and broker engagement via growth marketing funnels.

• Optimize ROI across campaigns using tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, etc.


3. Branding & Communications:

• Define brand voice, messaging, and positioning for both B2B (brokers) and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure brand consistency across collaterals, website, app, and all public touchpoints.

• Manage PR, media relations, influencer marketing, and ATL/BTL activities.


4. Product & Marketing Sync:

• Work closely with the product and tech teams to drive feature adoption, user feedback, and UI/UX improvement.

• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.


5. Team Building & Vendor Management:

• Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team (SEO, graphic design, content, performance marketing).

• Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and creative vendors.

• Set KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure marketing objectives are met.


6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

• Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth levers.



Key Requirements:


Must-Have:

• 8–15 years of core marketing experience, preferably in real estate, tech, SaaS, or platform-based companies.

• Proven experience in both brand building and performance marketing.

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM tools).

• Experience in managing 360-degree marketing campaigns – digital, offline, events, and PR.


Good-to-Have:

• Prior experience working in B2B tech platforms or broker networks.

• Exposure to startup culture or having built/led a marketing function from scratch.

• Knowledge of regional market behaviors, especially in Tier 2/3 cities.


Soft Skills:

• Leadership mindset with hands-on execution ability.

• Data-driven decision-making and high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
