Build channel partner relationships – distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers. Drive in-store visibility , secondary sales, and merchandising excellence. 🔹 Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of sales professionals, Promoters, Marketing coordinators. Coordinate with supply chain, product, marketing , and finance teams to ensure aligned execution. 🔹 Reporting & Analysis Analyze sales data, trends, and ROI of campaigns. Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership and suggest actionable improvements. Key Requirements: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in FMCG sector with a strong blend of field and online marketing. Strong exposure to general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce operations. Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficient in sales tools, CRM, and Excel/reporting. Preferred Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow brands. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and regional market dynamics..
