Position Location : Chennai
Managing & mentoring a dynamic team of R&D. Responsible for developing innovative biobased products for Paper/textile/cleaning/consumer/water applications. Coordinating with the application team in product establishment activities.
b. Experience in handling a team of 10-15 including Sr. scientist, Scientist, Executives, Trainees, etc.
i. New product development research
ii. Optimization studies
iii. Application trials in the respective application lab
iv. Data compilation & report writing
v. Innovation methodologies
vi. Literature survey techniques
l. Aware about regulatory norms & government related procedures including DSIR, DST, PCB, etc.
