Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: β Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with company goals. β Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. β Collaborate with the executive team to define marketing objectives and KPIs. 2. Campaign Management: β Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. β Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. β Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders. 3. Brand Management: β Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. β Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization. β Enhance brand awareness and market positioning through innovative marketing initiatives. 4. Team Leadership: β Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. β Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. β Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. 5. Digital Marketing: β Drive the companyβs digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. β Utilize data analytics to optimize digital marketing strategies and improve ROI. β Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. 6. Customer Engagement: β Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. β Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine marketing strategies. β Create compelling content and communications that resonate with target audiences. Qualifications: β Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masterβs degree preferred). β 3 years of experience in marketing and in senior management role. β Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. β Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools and Traditional Marketing. β Excellent leadership and team management skills. β Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. β Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. β Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions. β Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
