Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager at Angia RX Life Science Pvt. Ltd., located in Roorkee. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategies, conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing plans, managing the marketing team, and ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with the company's overall goals. Daily tasks will involve analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, creating promotional materials, and evaluating marketing campaigns to optimize performance and reach.

Qualifications

Marketing Strategy, Advertising, and Brand Management skills
Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Consumer Insights
Team Leadership, Project Management, and Communication skills
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
