Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager

Start date: 1st Week February, 2026

Language: Excellent English

Building the brand from the ground up shaping vision, mission, and identity together with the

founders.


Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives, content planning, and

performance reporting. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on

experience with marketing tools and project management platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
  • Plan and manage LinkedIn campaigns and content calendars
  • Coordinate and brief external designers, copywriters, and partners
  • Oversee tools such as Canva, PM Tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar)
  • Manage campaign reporting and performance tracking (daily/weekly)
  • Create and edit marketing videos and campaign visuals
  • Manage budgets, website updates, and marketing materials
  • Prepare Reports / KPIs, including: Social media engagement, Website traffic and

conversions, Lead sources and engagement metrics

  • Collaborate closely with sales, videographer and management for alignment


Collaboration & Workflow

  • All communication is in English
  • Daily and weekly meetings via Teams or Slack
  • Tasks and deliverables managed through project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana,

Notion)

  • Work is structured in sprints with clear goals and review cycles


Key Skills / Tools

  • Canva, Trello/Asana/Notion, Google Analytics
  • Strong reporting and KPI analysis skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Experience in B2B and lead generation campaigns
  • Strategic mindset and leadership experience
  • Schedule & Media Management experience


Additional Information

  • Years of experience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in
  • B2B or SaaS environments
  • Work timings: 10:00 – 19:00 IST, including a 1-hour lunch break
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or
  • Business Administration (or equivalent relevant field)


Additional preference: Prior experience in brand building, campaign strategy, or growth

marketing within international or startup environments.
