Senior Marketing Manager

As a Packaging Material Quality Lead at Ferrero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of packaging material suppliers in India. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and monitoring annual audit plans for Packaging Materials suppliers, driving improvements, and working with suppliers and procurement managers. - Supporting the development of new suppliers, identifying potential suppliers, and working on new opportunities to improve quality and reduce costs. - Ensuring effective handling of Critical and Major material non-conformance and implementing CAPA at the supplier end. - Coordinating with stakeholders, suppliers, PQM team, and procurement for non-conformance tracking and reduction. - Managing quality compliance of material purchases worth 17 million euros to ensure Ferrero quality standards are met. - Coordinating project activities for identified projects and leading key projects with local and central teams. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A post-graduation or bachelor's degree in engineering/technology in Science/Food Science with 4 to 7 years of experience. - Working knowledge in Food Processing plants, Quality management, Food Safety risk mitigation, and Pack material Risk Analysis. - Accreditation to national and international quality management systems (Quality systems & ISO 9001, Food safety systems FSSC 22000 or similar, Auditing skills). - Good communication skills, ability to work independently, make decisions, and influence internal and external stakeholders. - Working knowledge of Food safety aspects like HACCP. - Willingness to travel in the region (traveling 20-25%).
