Senior Marketing Manager

• Identify and engage with corporate clients, IT companies, SMEs, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements for IT asset disposal, buyback, e-waste pickup, data destruction, and recycling services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Promote company services through visits, presentations, brochures, and corporate communications.
• Participate and coordinate in industry events, sustainability programs, CSR activities, and exhibitions.
• Build partnerships with channel partners, scrap dealers, facility managers, and IT vendors.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, service presentations, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with operations for pickup planning, certifications (COD, data wiping certificates), and client approvals.
• Study industry trends in e-waste, refurbishing, ITAD market, data destruction, and competitor offerings.
• Identify new sectors and opportunities (corporate offices, banks, IT parks, warehouses, BPOs, hospitals, etc.).
• Work closely with the operations team for client requirements, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Maintain marketing reports, visit logs, and sales tracking sheets.
• Share weekly and monthly performance updates with management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
