Identify and engage with corporate clients, IT companies, SMEs, OEMs, and system integrators. Conduct client meetings to understand requirements for IT asset disposal, buyback, e-waste pickup, data destruction, and recycling services. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Promote company services through visits, presentations, brochures, and corporate communications. Participate and coordinate in industry events, sustainability programs, CSR activities, and exhibitions. Build partnerships with channel partners, scrap dealers, facility managers, and IT vendors. Prepare quotations, proposals, service presentations, and compliance documents. Coordinate with operations for pickup planning, certifications (COD, data wiping certificates), and client approvals. Study industry trends in e-waste, refurbishing, ITAD market, data destruction, and competitor offerings. Identify new sectors and opportunities (corporate offices, banks, IT parks, warehouses, BPOs, hospitals, etc.). Work closely with the operations team for client requirements, scheduling, and service delivery. Maintain marketing reports, visit logs, and sales tracking sheets. Share weekly and monthly performance updates with management.
