Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan, create & execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms: • Instagram • Facebook • Google • LinkedIn • YouTube 

✅ Manage social media pages: • Content scheduling & posting • Community engagement • Audience growth strategies 

✅ Run and optimize paid ad campaigns: • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) • Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube) • Focused on lead generation, conversions & brand awareness 

✅ Performance tracking & reporting: • Monitor CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS • Analyze and optimize campaign results • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports 

✅ Collaborate with the creative team: • Develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and videos • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns

✅ Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms 

✅ Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative strategies

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field 

✅ 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing 

✅ Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Google Analytics 

✅ Good understanding of both organic and paid digital strategies

✅ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking 

✅ Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset 

✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

✅Prior experience with Fintech or Financial Service brands
