Job Description

Location: Andheri (W)


Job Summary:

· Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of and to support the company's business activities

· Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals

· Producing ideas for promotional events or activities, organizing them efficiently and measuring their effectiveness and impact.



Strategic:

· Develop a marketing plan for the organization and for new and existing projects, in line with sales forecasts

· Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan

· Manage and measure marketing costs

· Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

· Conduct competitor and industry analysis to keep abreast of market trends and consumer behavior and provide appropriate counsel to Management to implement ideas, systems and procedures.

· Develop and implement organization wide systems to enhance brand image, create and maintain brand awareness and increase customer loyalty (including but not limited to customer feedback systems, Mystery Audits, etc.)

Promotional events:

· Develop Marketing Calendar for new and existing projects, in line with the Marketing plan.

· Implement annual and project specific brand promotion, brand tie-ups and handle participation at various events in order to support and highlight business activities of the organization

· Oversee the implementation of all the ATL/BTL activities for every campaign and continuously monitor the effectiveness and impact of activities

· Oversee the timely creation and distribution of all creative content used during campaigns, ensuring that all creative content is in line with the brand vision and image, in terms of aesthetic value, quality and communication.


Media Buying:

· Develop effective media buying strategies, identifying the most appropriate vehicle for building awareness of the brand.

· Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.

· Negotiate the best deals (rates, ad space and airtime) for the campaign to keep within the budget

· Establish and maintain contacts with media owners.


Digital Marketing:


Build brand image and maintain strong presence of business activities of the organization across all social media platforms, including but not limited to managing content on website content, facebook, linkedin, etc.


Pre-Sales:

· Guide Pre-Sales Manager in setting up an in-house Pre-Sales Department

· Set up systems to monitor the quality of work and effectiveness of Pre-Sales function

· Analyze customer data periodically and work closely with Pre-Sales Manager to identify ways of to converting enquiries to walk-ins and walk-ins into Sales.


Team Management:

· Build and develop a team of highly skilled professionals to provide adequate Marketing support to the organization.

· Provide support and guidance to the Marketing team and ensure adequate skills and competencies are developed in the team.
