Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Autoom Studio's goals, focusing on building brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Content & Creative Direction: Oversee content creation and collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials effectively communicate Autoom Studio’s value propositions.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide marketing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration, mentoring, and project management to achieve campaign goals.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform and optimize future initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements and Eligibility:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT services, digital marketing, or technology sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Digital Marketing, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve both individual and team goals.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively to develop unique, innovative marketing campaigns.
