Job Summary
- Own the MCAE platform roadmap including campaign architecture, data model alignment, operational SLAs, and scalability planning.
- Build and operate MCAE/Pardot campaigns such as engagement programs, dynamic lists, forms, completion actions, segmentation layers, and lead lifecycle automations.
- Manage Salesforce ↔ MCAE sync health, including field mapping, deduplication logic, scoring and grading frameworks, and sync troubleshooting.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize subject lines, cadence, nurture paths, and campaign structures; analyze performance and scale winning variations.
- Implement advanced scoring and grading models, partnering with Data Science to support downstream modeling and enrichment features.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to define SLAs, routing triggers, escalation conditions, and operational handoff flows.
- Ensure email deliverability best practices, partnering with Email Specialists to maintain sender reputation and compliance.
- Govern automation practices including naming conventions, folder structures, access controls, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot platform issues including deliverability challenges, form submission failures, tracking gaps, and sync errors in partnership with IT.
- Create runbooks, QA processes, documentation, and operational playbooks for consistent execution and cross-team alignment.
- Partner with Data Analysts to ensure MCAE data is fully prepared for analytics, dashboards, and ML feature pipelines.
- Report on key KPIs, performance trends, and ROI of automation and experimentation programs.

Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation, including at least 3 years of hands-on MCAE (Pardot) ownership.
- Demonstrated success designing, operating, and scaling B2B nurture programs and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional experience working with Sales, Recruiting, and Operations teams.
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and experience with ESPs or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly valuable.
- Basic familiarity with AWS or GCP is a plus for integrated tooling and data workflows.
- Proven ability to manage complex automations, troubleshoot platform-level issues, and maintain high operational reliability.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
