Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, and managing a team of recruiters. Responsibilities include sourcing and hiring top-quality talent, implementing innovative recruitment techniques, collaborating with department heads to meet their hiring needs, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Manager will also be expected to monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes for organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing Management
• Proven experience in creating hiring frameworks and implementing sourcing strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
• Leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of compliance with employment laws and practices
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Experience working in healthcare or with a similar industry is an advantage
