Job Title: Senior Manager – MarTech & Digital Transformation Location : Hyderabad | Department: Marketing Reporting To : Head – Marketing Role Type : Full-time Role Overview ISB is looking for a technically strong and process-oriented professional to lead marketing technology and digital transformation initiatives across the school. This role will be responsible for driving platform integrations, managing MarTech tools, enabling attribution and campaign data tracking, and ensuring seamless digital infrastructure that supports high-quality lead generation, reporting, and automation. The ideal candidate brings deep operational experience in marketing technologies, CRM integration, and cross-functional project management, with a bias toward execution and systems thinking. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Transformation Projects Lead strategic digital initiatives such as CAPI integration, multi-touch attribution, lead scoring, and data-sharing frameworks over Salesforce. Oversee planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of cross-functional tech-enabled projects 2. MarTech Infrastructure & Operations Manage the school’s marketing technology stack, including tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), GA4, GTM, Hotjar, SEMrush, and Looker Studio Ensure system stability, issue resolution, and process standardization across platforms 3. Salesforce & Website Integration Oversee end-to-end lead data flow from website forms to Salesforce Implement and QA enhanced conversions, GTM event tracking, lead source tagging, and first-party data capture strategies 4. Campaign & Data Enablement Support digital and performance campaigns with backend tagging, campaign source integrity, and tracking enablement Build and maintain campaign dashboards and marketing automation flows that support real-time insights 5. Stakeholder & Team Management Collaborate closely with IT, Digital, AFA, EE, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and delivery Work with vendors and internal team members to build a scalable MarTech roadmap Key Metrics / KPIs Project completion rate, stakeholder satisfaction, delivery vs. timeline System uptime, # of issues resolved, GTM/event hygiene Integration QA, data sync accuracy, attribution tagging quality Campaign tracking consistency, dashboard delivery TAT Cross-functional feedback, team and vendor coordination efficiency Candidate Profile Experience & Skills 6–10 years of experience in marketing operations, digital transformation, or MarTech management Hands-on experience with Salesforce, GA4, GTM, SFMC, and campaign attribution setup Strong understanding of marketing data flows, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking mechanisms Proven ability to manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and handle vendor relationships Prior exposure to performance marketing or education sector preferred Attributes Detail-oriented, systems thinker, strong execution mindset Technically competent with high ownership and collaborative approach Strong documentation, process, and QA orientation Show more Show less
