As a Senior Manager IT, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the entire IT infrastructure, ERP System, and digital ecosystem of the school. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and supervising the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of systems and services. - Managing IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service contracts for cost-effective solutions. - Overseeing network infrastructure, servers, data centers, CCTV, and sign-in systems to ensure operational availability of all IT services. - Maintaining and managing IT assets, including procurement, allocation, tagging, and disposal. - Supervising installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware across departments. - Monitoring system performance, ensuring regular backups, and implementing disaster recovery plans. - Implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Overseeing the School ERP system implementation, maintenance, and enhancement for smooth academic and administrative operations. - Researching and recommending emerging technologies to improve educational delivery and administrative efficiency. - Providing troubleshooting and technical support for staff and students. - Providing regular technology updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to the leadership team. - Developing and maintaining IT policies, documentation, and processes. - Supporting digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and automation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Mandatory Microsoft Certification; additional certifications like AWS, ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, or PMP are desirable. Experience: - Minimum 8-12 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, and network administration. - Experience in an educational or institutional setup is preferred. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, requiring a Bachelor's degree in IT management and at least 6 years of experience in the field.
