Position: Senior Manager / Manager – Accounts & Finance

Reporting to: CFO / Head of Finance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Finance team as Senior Manager / Manager – Accounts & Finance. This role is critical for managing and strengthening our financial processes, reporting, compliance, and business analysis to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting processes for Fixed Assets including depreciation, capitalization, and physical verification.
• Review and manage Payroll accounting, reconciliation, and ensure compliance with statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS, Bonus, etc.).
• Oversee vendor reconciliation, compliance checks (PAN, GST, MSME, etc.), and approvals.
• Lead month-end financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and performance reports at company and outlet levels.
• Provide key financial insights to CFO / Head of Finance / COO / CEO for business decisions.
• Support the development of dashboards and automation to improve reporting and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: CA Inter / MBA Finance / Master’s Degree in Finance
• Experience: 7-10 years in Accounts & Finance; exposure to Retail, QSR, F&B, or Franchise-based businessespreferred
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems, Indian taxation, audits, and financial reporting
• Additional Skills: Proficiency in dashboard tools, automation, and excellent communication skills

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
