Hiring: Local Store Marketing Executive (North Region)

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Local Store Marketing Executive to join our team for the North Region. The role will focus on driving footfall, improving store visibility, and supporting revenue growth through hyperlocal marketing activities.

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–5 years preferred in retail/F&B/local marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local marketing plans for stores in the North region
• Plan & coordinate hyperlocal campaigns, tie-ups, and community events
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with residential societies, offices, schools, corporates, etc.
• Drive sampling activities, store activations, and promotions
• Track effectiveness of campaigns and report results to the central marketing team
• Manage relationships with local vendors, agencies, and partners
• Ensure store branding is consistent and up to company standards
• Support new store launches with local marketing initiatives
• Work closely with the operations team to understand store-specific needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
