BI Lead | Hyderabad Job Title: BI Lead Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8+ years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced BI Lead to spearhead data-driven initiatives and play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights. Collaborate with key business units—including Marketing, Supply chain, Operations, and eCommerce—to develop and design impactful designing advanced visualizations, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading projects with strong business acumen and project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports focused on retail KPIs. Partner with IT, data governance, data steward and teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions. Design and manage robust data models and ETL processes. Monitor data integrity across multiple data sources and ensure consistency in reporting. Provide leadership to a team of BI analysts/developers, including setting priorities, reviewing work, and mentoring junior members. Establish data governance standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Requirements Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data strategy, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment. 5+ years of experience leading a BI or analytics team. Proficiency with BI tool - Power Bia and advanced SQL. Strong understanding of retail metrics and KPIs (e.g., sell-through rate, conversion rate, average transaction value). Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
