Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for land acquisition in alignment with project timelines and objectives Identify potential land parcels suitable for thermal projects through research and collaboration with relevant stakeholders Negotiate with landowners, government authorities, and other entities to secure land at competitive prices Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the land acquisition process Conduct thorough due diligence on land titles, ownership, and any potential restrictions Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and legal teams involved in the land acquisition process Provide regular updates to project teams regarding land acquisition progress and potential challenges Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies related to land acquisition Participate in community engagement initiatives to foster positive relationships and address concerns related to land acquisition Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of acquired land into project plans Qualifications Graduate
