Role Overview:

Senior Manager – E-commerce (Key Account Management)

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, responsible for understanding their business goals, optimizing their presence across e-commerce channels, and delivering measurable results.

Key Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or e-commerce account handling.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (marketplaces, D2C, digital marketing).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — a must-have.

  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and client-obsessed.


Key Responsibilites:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Act as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for all e-commerce needs.
  • Account Growth & Strategy:

    Understand client goals and develop tailored growth strategies to increase their visibility, sales, and profitability on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others.
  • E-commerce Execution Oversight:

    Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, content, operations, performance marketing, design) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, listings, and platform operations.
  • Business Analysis:

    Monitor account performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and create data-driven action plans. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    Effectively communicate client needs and expectations internally while ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Provide clear updates and manage client expectations with professionalism.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution across all client touchpoints.
  • Platform Knowledge:

    Stay updated on the latest trends, policies, and opportunities on e-commerce platforms to provide strategic direction to clients.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or managing accounts on major Indian e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
  • Prior agency experience or exposure to managing multiple brands simultaneously is a plus.
