Senior Manager Ecommerce

You will be responsible for platform architecture & implementation, order management & systems integration, grocery-specific solutions, technical leadership, and more. Your key responsibilities include: - Define and own the eCommerce architecture vision, roadmap, and standards aligned with business objectives. - Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Big Commerce, SAP Hybris. - Lead end-to-end implementation of cloud-based ecommerce platforms. - Design and implement headless commerce architecture for omnichannel customer experiences. - Architect scalable solutions capable of handling retail volumes and complexity. - Ensure platform integration with existing enterprise systems and third-party services. - Design comprehensive Order Management Systems tailored for grocery operations. - Architect integration solutions connecting ecommerce platform with various systems. - Implement timeslot management systems for delivery and pickup scheduling. - Design solutions for perishable goods handling, inventory rotation, and expiration management. - Architect multi-location inventory visibility and fulfillment routing. - Implement grocery-specific features including substitution management, weight-based pricing, and department-specific workflows. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Lead technical discussions and solution presentations with client teams. - Provide guidance on best practices for ecommerce platform selection and implementation. - Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements. Required qualifications include: - Minimum 10 years of hands-on ecommerce experience with grocery implementation. - Experience with at least 2 cloud-based ecommerce platforms. - Full implementation experience from requirements gathering through post-launch optimization. - Technical expertise in various areas like headless commerce architecture, order management systems, and systems integration. - Experience in the grocery retail industry. Additional skills like strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and experience with performance optimization are also desired. This role supports strategic ecommerce implementations for clients transitioning to modern cloud-based platforms. You will work closely with the delivery team and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition that enhances customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.,
