Role Summary: We are currently looking for a hands-on eCommerce Analytics & Insights Lead to spearhead our newly launched eCommerce business. This role necessitates an individual with a profound understanding of eCommerce and data analytics, capable of defining, developing, and monitoring performance indicators, delivering actionable insights, and steering the business towards data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will dive into the data, extract valuable insights, contribute to dashboard creation, and collaborate closely with various teams (such as buying, marketing, operations, and technology) to drive the growth of our online channel. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and define eCommerce KPIs throughout the customer journey, covering aspects like traffic, conversion rate, retention, and basket size. - Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and tech teams to identify data tracking and reporting requirements. - Develop dashboards and reports to track site performance, category performance, and marketing ROI. - Analyze trends, opportunities, and factors contributing to underperformance in areas like product availability, pricing, promotions, checkout funnel efficiency, and customer retention. - Implement cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and basic funnel analytics. - Collaborate with eCommerce and data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability from digital channels. - Propose data-driven experiments and innovative ideas to accelerate growth. - Support business teams in comprehending and interpreting digital KPIs.
