Social Media Manager

Key Requirements:-


  • 3-6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, KPIs, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strategy Development

    : Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation

    : Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, blogs, and campaigns tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Trend Awareness

    : Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    : Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Advertising

    : Manage paid social campaigns and allocated budgets effectively to achieve performance goals.
  • Community Engagement

    : Respond to queries, foster audience loyalty, and build an engaged online community.

Preferred Qualifications:-


  • Prior experience in managing brand pages or campaigns for high-growth organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling and visual branding.
  • Ability to experiment and innovate with new content formats and campaign ideas.
