Wildglow Cosmetics Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing Korean Skincare brand, is looking for a strategic and dynamic E-Commerce Head to scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa & more.📍 Location: Andheri West, Mumbai🕘 Work Type: Full-time (Work From Office) | 6 days working💰 CTC: ₹10–12 LPA💼 Experience: 7+ years in E-Commerce (preferably in D2C/Beauty/Skincare brands)What You’ll Do:✔️ Drive sales & optimize performance on leading e-commerce platforms✔️ Manage & scale large ad budgets (₹1 Cr+ per month) with strong ROAS✔️ Lead campaigns, pricing, inventory & growth strategies✔️ Collaborate with marketing, operations & product teams for seamless execution✔️ Lead and mentor the e-commerce teamWhat We’re Looking For:🔹 7+ years in E-Commerce with proven success in scaling D2C brands🔹 Strong experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Ads & Seller Platforms🔹 Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign optimization & ROAS🔹 Leadership skills to guide a high-performing team🌐 About Us:Wildglow is a premium Korean Skincare brand, started in 2020, with the vision to be in the Top 3 Skincare Brands in India by 2025.
