As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, enhance brand presence, and create compelling content for our digital and print initiatives. You should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design & Packaging:

  Develop innovative product designs and packaging concepts that reflect the brand&aposs identity and attract consumer attention.

• Social Media Graphics:

  Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, banners, and advertisements that drive engagement and brand awareness.

• Campaign Visuals:

  Design graphics for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to the campaign goals and optimized for various online platforms.

• Website & E-Commerce Assets:

  Design high-quality assets such as banners, product images, promotional graphics for websites and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

• Meta & Digital Platform Content:

  Produce optimized designs for meta platforms, paid ads, and other digital platforms to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints, including print, digital, and social media.

• Collaborative Design Process:

  Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to understand design objectives, deliver high-quality solutions, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

• Revisions & Feedback:

  Respond to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs to meet client or internal expectations, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.

• Trend Awareness:

  Stay updated with the latest design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices to produce fresh, on-trend content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Design Software:

  Advanced knowledge of

  Adobe Photoshop

  for graphic design, product packaging, and digital content creation.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for products, packaging, social media, campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.

• Creative Thinking:

  Strong ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content that resonates with the target audience.

• Attention to Detail:

  Excellent attention to detail in design execution, from typography and layout to color schemes and image quality.

• E-Commerce & Digital Design:

  Experience in designing graphics tailored for e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media platforms with an understanding of platform-specific design requirements.

• Time Management:

  Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with

  and understanding production requirements for packaging, promotional materials, and print collateral.
