Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager with strong expertise in influencer partnerships, negotiation, and campaign management within the beauty & skincare industry. You will be leading end-to-end influencer campaigns, collaborating with creators, and driving brand growth through impactful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Build & maintain long-term influencer relationships? Execute & monitor influencer marketing campaigns? Negotiate contracts & manage influencer budgets? Stay updated with latest social media & beauty trends? Collaborate on authentic content creation? Track performance & report ROI

What Were Looking For:

? 5+ years experience in influencer marketing (preferably beauty/skincare)? Strong negotiation, communication & project management skills? Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & social media trends? Proven success in micro, macro & mega influencer collaborations? Creative, trend-savvy, and a strong relationship builder????
