Senior Manager - Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of national restaurant chain accounts, ensuring sustainable and mutually profitable business growth.Build long-term strategic partnerships with national chains through Joint Business Plans (JBPs).Leverage data resources across business metrics to generate deeper insights for partners on a regular basis.Manage and own the complete P&L for assigned partners; understand partner P&L and make business decisions accordingly.Coordinate and manage onboarding, POS integration, menu changes, operational performance metrics, and streamline processes to maximize customer experience.Align monthly activations on consumer offerings and in-app marketing interventions in collaboration with internal teams.Identify and create new growth avenues for restaurants through deeper engagements.Partner on out-of-app marketing solutions to drive faster growth for brands on the platform.Resolve partner issues effectively and escalate to relevant stakeholders when necessary.Stay informed on the competitive landscape and partner positioning within the ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile
