Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and result-driven professional to lead our Inside Sales team in the Business Development division. He/she will be responsible for leading the inside sales team, developing scalable sales strategies, generating qualified leads, building a strong pipeline, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, ideally with experience in global mobility or B2B services.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development – Inside Sales team.
  • Set weekly/monthly targets and monitor performance KPIs.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance productivity and conversion rates.

Data Management & Distribution:

  • Maintain and manage the central database of corporate leads collected by the Field Sales (Stacking) team.
  • Ensure accurate categorization, validation, and timely updating of all corporate contacts and lead information.
  • Strategically need to assign leads to Inside Sales team members based on lead quality, team member strength, and geography/industry relevance.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Ensure the team effectively reaches out to HR Heads, Admin Heads, and other key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Drive efforts to secure telephonic/virtual/in-person meetings or appointments with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop scripts, email templates, and communication frameworks for effective outreach.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Coordinate closely with the Field Sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover process.
  • Regularly report on team performance, lead status, conversion ratios, and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain complete visibility of pipeline progress and activities.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

  • Continuously review and refine inside sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Analyze lead quality and conversion bottlenecks to implement corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in corporate services with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving measurable targets.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of data and lead distribution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • High level of initiative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Additional Details:

  • Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday will be working)

  • Weekly Off: 2nd, 4th Saturday & Sunday.

  • Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
