Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Database & Team Management

• Regularly update and maintain the property database with inputs from surveyors.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of a team of residential and commercial surveyors.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of surveyor data and reports.

2. Developer & Leasing Team Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and leasing teams.
• Collect, verify, and maintain ownership information of condos and commercial properties.
• Leverage relationships to gain early access to listings and new developments.

3. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Connect with property owners to secure mandates for sale, lease, and purchase.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and property intelligence.
• Convert property data and leads into business opportunities.

4. Proposal & Client Management

• Prepare customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and actively update CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely client engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Additional Details:

• Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd, 4th Saturday & Sunday will be weekly offs).

• Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

• CTC: 5-8 Lakhs
