Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Maintenance Manager at Elmeasure. The Senior Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance operations, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of all equipment and facilities. The role includes managing a team of technicians, planning and implementing maintenance schedules, promptly addressing unexpected equipment breakdowns, and improving overall maintenance efficiency through innovative techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance practices and Maintenance Management strategies
• Ability to implement and enhance maintenance processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Problem-solving skills and a strong focus on safety and quality standards
• Engineering background or a related technical degree is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is highly advantageous
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams
