Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Engineer at Elmeasure. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers, and assisting with sales processes. The day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product features, solving technical issues, collaborating with the sales team, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support ( LV switchgear )
• Proficient in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in energy management or related industry is a plus
