Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Sonipat. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and presenting technical solutions that meet those needs. This role includes the responsibility of conducting product demonstrations, working closely with the engineering team to address customer feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and experience in low voltage sales (0-2 )
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Sonipat
• Experience in the energy management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
