Senior Maintenance Manager

• Machinery Maintenance:

  Ensure the proper functioning of cutting, punching, embossing, stitching, and finishing machines used in leather belt production.

• Preventive Maintenance:

  Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Troubleshooting & Repairs:

  Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues efficiently to keep production running smoothly.

• Team Supervision:

  Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring safety compliance.

• Process Improvement:

  Recommend upgrades and modifications to improve machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

• Inventory Management:

  Maintain spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are always available.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Vendor Coordination:

  Work with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and procurement of machine parts.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  Minimum 10 years in maintenance roles within the leather belt or leather goods manufacturing industry.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems related to leather processing machinery.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Leadership Skills:

  Experience managing a team of maintenance staff.

• Computer Skills:

  Basic knowledge of maintenance management software and MS Office.
