Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Maintenance Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and managing the maintenance team. Day-to-day tasks will include ensuring the effective functioning of all equipment, implementing maintenance strategies, coordinating repair activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires leadership and collaboration across departments to enhance operational efficiency and maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, experience leading maintenance teams, and ensuring effective team collaboration
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and implementing Preventive Maintenance strategies
• Expertise in Maintenance Management, including planning, organizing, and optimizing maintenance processes
• Hands-on skills in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve maintenance challenges
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in maintenance operations
• Experience in energy management or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred
