Senior Java Lead Engineer (Digital Assets Trading)

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based applications for advanced trading platforms.
• Support and maintain the existing low-latency trading infrastructure.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and ultra-low latency.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies to keep our tech stack at the forefront of innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production environment issues with precision.

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 11+ preferred).
• Proven expertise in

  low-latency, high-throughput

  trading system architecture.
• Strong background in message-driven architecture using

  Kafka

  and Core Java (no heavy frameworks).
• Familiarity with

  LMAX Disruptor

  architecture.
• Hands-on experience with

  concurrency optimization

  for HFT systems.
• Experience with smart contracts and

  Solidity

  .
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipeline workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure, collaborative environments.

• Experience with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools and algorithmic/bot trading.
• DevOps capability for server installation, configuration, monitoring, and alerts.
• Familiarity with

  FIX

  protocol and

  SBE

  (Simple Binary Encoding).
