Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Manager

Location: Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (plus incentives & bonuses)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Outbound Sales / Lead Generation, with team handling experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager (Outbound) to lead our Inside Sales operations in the Renewable Solar Energy sector. The candidate must have strong experience in outbound sales and the ability to manage a team of 3–5 Inside Sales Executives. This role requires someone who can drive performance, generate high-quality leads, set appointments, and ensure the team achieves sales targets.

Your ultimate goal: lead by example and turn cold calls into conversions while guiding your team to success.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 3–5 Inside Sales Executives.
  • Monitor daily performance, ensure target achievement, and provide guidance for improvement.

Outbound Lead Generation

  • Personally make high-value outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Support the team in prospecting, pitching solar solutions, and handling objections.

Lead Qualification & Appointment Fixing

  • Ensure the team identifies quality leads (roof space, electricity bills, subsidy eligibility).
  • Oversee scheduling of 15+ site visits/week per team member for the field sales team.

Sales Conversion & Support

  • Supervise follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture leads until closure.
  • Guide team and assist customers in loan/subsidy documentation for faster conversion.

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for self and team.
  • Share daily/weekly team reports and provide management with feedback on market trends and customer behavior.

Who Should Apply?

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience (Solar, Real Estate, BFSI, Telecom preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing 3–5 team members in inside sales.
  • Fluent in Hindi, Odia, and English.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills – can coach team members to excel.
  • Tech-savvy – experienced with CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business.
  • Target-driven and motivated by incentives.
