Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operation Technician Executive to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of solar power systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the efficient performance of solar installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar PV systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults, wiring issues, and inverter problems.
• Conduct regular inspections of solar panels, inverters, and electrical connections.
• Coordinate with the project and service teams for on-site activities.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of site performance and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
• Support the installation team when required.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in solar operations, electrical maintenance, or technical fieldwork.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites if required.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.

Education:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field
